Frischer Fruchtsalat mit Dip von BallesWorld

Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück ist langweilig. Behauptet meine Familie. Und sie haben Recht. Abwechslung muss auf den Tisch.

Daher habe ich mir dieses Rezept ausgedacht.

00000PORTRAIT_00000_BURST20180506105430193

Zutaten für 2 Portionen:

  • 2 Bananen
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 200 gr. Erdbeeren
  • 150 gr. Joghurt
  • 100 gr. Quark
  • 1 EL Honig
  • 1 TL Zimt
  • 1 EL Chiasamen
  • ½ TL Curcuma
  • 3 EL Walnüsse, gehackt

Zubereitung:

  1. Hey Balle, Namaste 🙂

Well this certainly more of a healthy option for breakfast than my standard fare of sausage rolls, coffee, and banana milk-shake 🙂

Hoping all is well with one and all. Take care, enjoy Wednesday and the remainder of your week.

Take care in all ways always and in all ways always take care.

    Namaste 🙂

    1. Fruit is healthy ans tastest good. But starting in too you have to eat something unhealthy 😁 Best regards 🤗

      1. Namaste Balle 🙂

Abandoning a habitual practice in favour of the flavour of different foods would be quite a departure for me. I am a creature of habit: sausage rolls are a staple-diet I interject with various other treats and healthier options, but my diet is not healthy per se. Fruit has never appealed although I do enjoy their wholesomeness when it is served with ice-cream, cream or custard 🙂 I’ve a very sweet tooth but also a strong liking for spicy foods as well: sweet chilli or sweet and sour sauces are my favourite. Your recipe suggestions are therefore of interest as I endeavour to break some habits and eat more healthily. There are some great ideas here – ideas simple enough for me to manage without stress or strain or breaking into sweat over a hot stove, although I might give some of the vegetable based ideas a wide birth for now: aubergine, for example, is not a taste I will ever enjoy, en par with spinach, squashes, parsnips, turnips, and other very-earthy tasting foods and root crops: ‚tis like chewing soil or a lump of iron! 😀

Hoping your day ends with a wonderful evening and your tomorrow morning begins with a wonderful day.

Take care of one and all. Namaste 🙂
